Cafes to the East of Preston, which offer a warm welcome to cyclists.
We’ve listed a number of the cafes our members visit on club runs and when out cycling on their own. This section features the cycling friendly cafes we visit that are situated to the east of our Sunday club ride start point, at Preston College. If you have any more up to date information, have a suggestion for a cafe that we’ve missed, or if you’re a cafe owner who has a cafe you’d like us to include, please get in touch with us through the Contact Us page.
The Dalesman Cafe is a quaint little tea shop in Gargrave, famous for its nostalgic sweet collection. It also accommodates cyclists. ...lots of cyclists.
We have a team of dedicated and friendly staff who are willing to attend to your every need; even if that means asking for one of every single sweet from our 100+ jars. We do get some strange requests..but hey, considering we clean our skirting boards religiously and parade round the village dressed as animals, you could say we're a strange kinda cafe!
