The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday 7th November 2016, meeting to start at 8.00 PM prompt. This is YOUR chance to have YOUR say on YOUR cycling club, If you have any proposals to be included they must be in with the general secretary in writing and seconded by the 17th October at 6.00pm latest. Please also be aware that the committee is looking to fill at least two vacancies that of Treasurer and a seat on the committee, also all other positions will be up for re election, Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Sec, Membership Sec, Clothing Sec, Time Trial Sec, Road race Sec, and Club Co ordinator.
