New Club Kit Order Forms

We are currently taking orders for our new club kit.  The club is no longer keeping any stock of the new kit, so members will need to select what they require during one of our ‘Order Window’ periods.  We will have up to four of these each year.

Racing members please note that we have register the kit with BC (British Cycling), so if you are racing you will need to be wearing the new kit.

Affiliated Clubs, Trade Teams and Individual Members shall register the design and colour of their racing costume with Headquarters. Affiliated Clubs and Teams are permitted to register only one kit per calendar year for all forms of competition. Members of an affiliated Club or Team may not wear a kit registered during a previous year if that kit is different from the currently registered Club or Team kit. Upon approval Headquarters shall notify the appropriate Region of the design and colour.

Ordering the New Kit

We will require payment for the kit prior to us placing the order with BioRacer on your behalf.  Payment can be made by BACS online, by cheque at the club or by cash at the club.  Please see the bottom of the order form(s) for Account Number & Sort Code details.

There are separate order forms for men’s and women’s clothing.  These can be downloaded from the links below.  We will make them available on the club’s website for download.  We’ll also have the forms available at the club, which can be filled in there if you prefer.

When completing the form(s), please select your desired garments and sizes, fill in your name, the date and indicate whether you’re going to be paying by BACS, CASH or CHEQUE.

Pam Piotrowska will still be the main contact for the clothing.  However, Simon Myerscough is now helping with the ordering.  Please download the appropriate form(s), complete your details and return them to Simon, and then ensure payment by BACS or cash at the club the following Monday.  The forms can be emailed to Simon at clothing@ribblevalleycrc.org.uk
